Shipping for party dresses, accessories and jewelry:
1. Shipping processing times
Once you have purchased your item, we will get to work preparing the shipment. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
2. Shipping methods and delivery time

Shipping is handled by Correos. An email will be sent after the purchase with the order tracking.

Shipping for wedding dresses.
The shipping process for wedding dresses follows a different policy. Wedding dresses are high-value pieces and therefore require special preparation before they reach your hands.
Once you purchase your wedding dress, we will ensure that it is delivered to you in the best possible condition. For this reason, the process of sending the dress takes longer as we clean and condition it again so that it looks perfect on your big day.
This is the process we follow:
- Once the wedding dress has been purchased, we begin to prepare the shipment.
- We clean and condition the dress so that it reaches you in the best condition.
- We take care of reviewing it thoroughly.
- We wrap it with care and send it to your destination.
For this reason, the estimated delivery time from the moment you purchase the item until it arrives at your home is between two or three weeks. You will receive an email when the item is ready to be sent to your home.
